📌 Key Responsibilities (IT & Smart Operations)

  • Perform database queries & CRUD operations
  • Write stored procedures
  • Prepare & execute test cases
  • Analyze and resolve service tickets
  • Work with IT Service Management & Data Analytics tools

☁️ Multicloud Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor production servers
  • Incident management
  • Support Windows, Network, Database & Cloud environments
  • Work in 24/7 shift environment

💻 Digital Workplace Services Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
  • Manage support tickets
  • Work in rotational shifts

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

For IT & Smart Operations:

  • 2024 or 2025 batch
  • 3-year UG degree: BCA, BSc (CS/IT/Allied), Maths, Physics, etc.
  • Minimum 60% in X, XII & UG
  • No arrears

For Multicloud & Digital Workplace:

  • 2024 or 2025 batch
  • Any 3-year UG degree
  • Minimum 50% aggregate
  • No standing arrears
